Not sure if you need a new mattress? Here are some tips. Signs you may need a new mattress and foundation (box spring).
- You wake up with stiffness, numbness, aches and pains
- You’re had a better night’s sleep somewhere other than your own bed (a hotel or park bench)
- Your mattress sags or dips, feels lumpy, the box spring squeaks, etc.
- You’re losing sleep because your bed is 8 to 12 years old or older and no longer provides the best comfort and support.
- You’re getting older. As we age, our need for comfort and support increases. Our lifestyle changes and we may be affected by arthritis or other ailments and the better padded our sleeping surface, the better our sleep.
